Our beautiful patient wanted a permanent solution for her droopy eyelids and an overall refreshed look. She didn’t like the heaviness of her upper eyelid skin. So we removed the excess fat pockets to create a seamless and smooth eye area
Typically an incision is made in the upper eyelid crease and redundant skin removed. The scar is hidden in the eyelid crease and fades with time.
