Male patient three weeks after deep plane facelift

70-year-old male who was unhappy with the appearance of his loose facial skin, which he felt made him look angry, sad, and tired. He expressed a desire for a refreshed and revitalized look. Dr. Kassir performed a comprehensive set of procedures to address these concerns, including a Deep Plane Face and Neck Lift, Revision Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, Endoscopic Forehead and Brow Lift, and CO2 laser resurfacing. 1 month after Revision Face & Neck Lift and CO2 Laser

We performed a Revision Deep Plane Face & Neck Lift and CO2 Laser Resurfacing for our amazing 69 year old female patient in order to restore her youthful look and bring back her confidence. This procedure involves releasing the retaining ligaments and repositioning the muscles in the face and neck (SMAS & platysma vertically), creating a much better chin-neck angle and lifting the previously flat and droopy midface. With minimal bruising and swelling, our patient achieved an incredible transformation in only one month!

One year after facelift surgery

Before the facelift surgery, our patient appeared to be in her mid-50s and had noticeable signs of aging on her face. She had deep wrinkles on her forehead and around her mouth, sagging skin around her jawline, and bags under her eyes. Despite using makeup and skincare products, her features looked tired and aged.

However, in the after picture, taken one year after the facelift surgery, the woman looks visibly younger and rejuvenated. Her skin appears smoother and firmer, and the wrinkles and lines on her face have significantly reduced. The sagging skin around her jawline is lifted, creating a more defined and youthful appearance, and the bags under her eyes are gone.

Here we have our beautiful 44 year old patient ONLY 5 DAYS POST-OP. Just like a full facelift, the Band Aid Facelift separates and tightens the underlying muscles and removes excess skin on the cheeks and jawline. A Band Aid Face Lift is our version of a mini face Lift so less recovery and you can get back to work faster.
After the procedure we combined it with CO2 Laser Skin Resurfacing. It involves using lasers to help improve skin texture and appearance.

1.Deep plane (muscle lift) Face/necklift addressed her neck, jawline and mid-face. She has a much better chin-neck angle and jowling has been corrected. The previously flat and droopy midface is now more full and lifted.
