Deep Plane Face Lift, Fractional CO2 Laser, Fat Transfer

Our lovely patient is 57 years old and disliked her sagging neck and lack of chin - jaw angle. She wanted a refreshed & rejuvenated look as she feels YOUNG on the inside and wanted to match how she feels to how she looks on the outside.

We performed a Deep Plane Face & Neck Lift by releasing her retaining ligaments and repositioning her muscle (SMAS & platysma vertically). We also performed a full face CO2 Laser Resurfacing for the ultimate skin rejuvenation and glow. Lastly, we performed fat transfer to the face in areas where she was hollow and lacked volume.
